This is Mrs Rosenberg, a minor character in RA!
Name Natalia Rosenberg
Age: 43
Mrs. Rosenberg is the adopted mother of Bianca, she received her from a mysterious woman to raise as a "Normal child" making especially sure to note that she, herself was incapable of giving the child bianca such a life. Natalia, having lost her husband in a accident at his mining job, (and being childless herself) took the child and raised her to be, who she is today, instilling many values in her such as caring for others, doing what is right, dignity, honor, and putting others before herself. Bianca sees her as her only mother, and she sees bianca as her blood child.
after the destructioon of their homecity, they often bring freshly grown food from their home, for people to have for free.
She is also allergic to Bianca's pet cat!

Before I comment on the actual drawing, you really, really, REALLY caught my attention with this written info about how Bianca got to Mrs. Rosenberg. Who is that mysterious woman? Why did she write that note? How will Bianca really impact the game since it is kind of obvious Bianca isn't a normal child since she met your main swordsman himself? XD

Also, it is adorable that Bianca and Mrs. Rosenberg love each other so much. It is strongly refreshing to see an adoption kind of relationship, especially in a game/show/manga setting, be a good natured, nice relationship. There are way too many tense, unlikable, or strained adopting relationships out there. 

Also, I smiled at the last tiny written info XDD You didn't have to add that but I'm happy you did =)

Mrs. Rosenberg seems like an angel among the living. She has a graceful, sweet look to her design, very modest and pretty outfit that goes well with her looks, and I like how her long hair isn't super detailed but has a really sweet style and color to it. She is strong enough on her own to lift that barrel of food. That's a good trait to have! I also like how her hair color is much darker compared to almost every other character in your game. I love how you drew her! :D Her pretty looks have not dimmed at all with age.
